I realized one thing, that pleasing people is impossible. baiklah, Jenny sebenar nya bukan nak bercerita tentang keburukan org atau mengaibkan org. Jaga diri sendiri jaga hati sendiri, its more better right?
so how to overcome this problem?
firstly, saya bawa kawan rapat saya untuk kemas rumah. takde lah nampak berserabut dapur dan singki pun tak tersumbat.
secondly, akan buat hal saya tanpa mempedulikan apa yg org lain lakukan.
thirdly, saya akan meminta bantuan housemate seorg lagi untuk membersihkan rumah kami bersama. bagi saya lebih baik saya sabar dengan apa yg berlaku. tinggal satu sem jer lagi kan. next sem is my last sem stay here, :P hidup nie kita akan jumpa pelbagai jenis org dan macam ragam yg akan kita ketahui. namun kita harus bijak menguruskan dan menyelesaikannya. hal nie kecil saja sebenarnya, tapi kebersihan adalah tanggungjawab bersama,.jangan memandang mudah terhadap perkara yg kecil. masing - masing dah besar, tak kan hal itu pun harus diberitahu? dah kotorkan, apa lah salah nya kemas balik. disini semua student, tidak ada yg nama kuli batak.
tapi tak apa lah, biar org buat pada kita, jangan sesekali kita membalas nya dengan keburukan. doa kan agar dia berubah. setiap maslaah pasti ada penyelesaiannya.

Hey guys, thanks for viewing my blogs. I would like to share what Is Gangrene? What Causes Gangrene? and how to prevent from getting gangrene?
okay first let me explain what is gangrene. Gangrene is a death tissue. Gangrene occurs when tissue dies because its blood supply is interrupted. from the book that I've read there are five main types of gangrene:
1. Dry gangrene is caused by a reduction of blood flow through the arteries.
2. Wet gangrene aka moist gangrene develops as a complication of an untreated infected wound. Swelling resulting from the bacterial infection causes a sudden stoppage of blood flow
3. Gas gangrene is a type of wet gangrene caused by the bacteria known as Clostridia. Clostridia are a type of infection-causing bacteria that grow only in the absence of oxygen. As Clostridia grow, they will produce poisonous toxins and gas.
4. Internal gangrene.
5. Fournier's gangrene.
It most commonly occurs in the extremities eg the toes, fingers, arms and legs, but internal organ also become gangrenous.
what are the causes of gangrene? The following conditions are risk factors for the development of gangrene:
Injury or trauma, such as a crush injury, a severe burn, or frostbit,( frostbite is a injury to body tissue by exposed to extreme cold.) Usually skin, that results when the blood vessels contract, reducing blood flow and oxygen to the affected body parts. Normal sensation is lost, and color changes also occur in these tissues.
Diseases that affect the circulation of blood, such as arteriosclerosis, diabetes, smoking, or Raynaud's disease. Raynauds disease is a condition that causes some areas of the body to feel numb in malay ( badan akan berasa KEBAS ) and cool in response to cold temperatures or emotional stress, caused by a problem with the blood supply to the skin.
Infection of wounds

Here's a breakdown on the major types of vitamins and minerals essential for every woman.
Calcium - One of the most important for ladies of any age to keep the bones healthy and prevent osteoporosis (which Asian women are more prone of, by the way). It helps lower risk of high blood pressure, reduce PMS and even to lose some extra kgs. A good daily intake should have 1000-1200mg of calcium. Leafy greens, juices, milk and dairy products are good sources.
Folic Acid - Especially important for women of child-bearing age. It is thought to prevent birth defects and certain conditions like heart disease, high blood pressure, Alzheimer's, cancer and memory loss. Recommended dosage is 400mcg but for pregnant ladies, it should be at least 600mcg. You can get this from eating dark leafy greens, grains and cereals.
Vitamin D - Many people know that calcium strengthens the bones but what most don't realise is that our bodies can't properly absorb calcium without Vitamin D. Hence, this is one key vitamin for the body, about 400 IU is recommended. It can help reduce PMS symptoms, rheumatoid arthritis and protect your vision. The best way to get Vitamin D is naturally from fortified milk, salmon and egg yolks.
Vitamin E - This is your defense against aging. Healthy hair and skin come from sufficient amounts of Vitamin E as it has the ability to fight cell damage. This vitamin can also help prevent heart disease, cataracts, memory loss and certain types of cancer. The daily intake should be 30 IU; Vitamin E is found in wheat germ, spinach and most nuts like hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts.
Vitamin K - The recommended daily dosage is 90mcg but most multivitamins don't provide close to this number, so check your labels. Vitamin K is important for strong bones, healthy blood clotting and reduce risk of heart disease. If you prefer to get your Vitamin K naturally, eat more dark leafy greens such spinach and broccoli.
Vitamin B6 - An essential vitamin for a healthy immune system and to assist in better hormones and brain chemicals production. This vitamin is key to maintain blood sugar levels as well as reduce depression, heart disease and memory loss. And all you need is the recommended 2mg per day. So eat up more on fortified cereals, beans, poultry and fish.
Vitamin C - The granddaddy of the vitamins family. It is essential as an immune booster to help you heal faster, promote tissue growth and reduce risk of certain cancers, heart disease and tissue damage. Your daily intake should be 60mg and good sources of Vitamin C can be found in any kinds of citrus fruits, dark leafy greens, brussel sprouts and peppers.
Omega-3 Fats - Many ladies run in fear when they hear the word 'fat' but this is the kind of good fat you need. Omega-3 is essential to reduce your risk of heart disease, osteoporosis and bone loss, memory loss and rheumatoid arthritis. Food rich in these kind of fats include fish, flax seeds and walnuts. Otherwise, you can take supplements like fish oil and flax seed oil.

KUALA LUMPUR, (MLP) - Malaysia, notorious for the wide selection of delectable multiracial dishes and food lovers eventually evolved into an increasingly worrying unhealthy nation.
Health minister, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai, recently released a shocking fact that Malaysia was dubbed the fattest country in South East Asia and sixth in the whole of Asia, behind some Middle Eastern countries.
According to National Health and Morbidity Surveys, 15.1% of Malaysians aged 18 and above were suffering from obesity as of 2011. Over 2.6 million adults were obese while over 477,000 children below the age of 18 years were overweight.
It wasn’t only about being overweight, as obesity is also linked to dangerous health risks such as diabetes and cancer, which also showed an increase among Malaysians, especially the younger generation.
Liow blamed these frightening statistics based on our lazy, couch potato lifestyle and lack of exercise.
In an attempt to improve the health situation of Malaysians, the “Healthy Lifestyle With Skipping” program was launched in Hotel Istana yesterday. The program, a joint cooperation between the Rotary Club of Kuala Lumpur DiRaja and Nestle, aimed to promote skipping as sports activity, particularly among school children by distributing 100,000 skip ropes to 200 schools nationwide.
The organizing chairman of the program, Mohd Ajmal Khan Ahmed Maideen said that skipping competitions in Dataran Merdeka were planned to culminate the skipping culture.

Sleeping late also causes stress. Having stress when your in school or at work is really a big hassle. It prevents us to focus more in what we are doing resulting to poor performance.
Your appearance will also get affected when sleeping late becomes your habit. You will become thin or obese and your face will age more because of sleeping late. Pimples and other skin problems will popped in your face.
Sleeping late can be a cause to disease. According to some studies, our body releases a hormone called cortisol when we sleep late. This hormone increases blood pressure and slows down the cell regeneration. Sleeping late also increases the chance of having cancer, diabetes and hypertension.Because of this, sleeping late should not become our habit. We must sleep earlier as possible so our body can release the hormones we needed to prevent diseases. Having enough sleep also makes our brain function well so that we can learn things easily. We can also cope with the daily works we do and makes us alert all the time. So starting now, let's sleep early instead of doing those fun but unnecessary things. We must "value our sleep as we value our own life".
